Application for Sponsor package(s) must be made on the booking and contract form. Please refer to the end of this page to download a booking form, which needs to be completely filled out, signed and returned.

Industry Partner Benefits
The following packages are available, others can be negotiated
Package “Major Partner”
| Representation: | up to five company representatives may attend, registration fee waived up to five additional company representatives may attend with regular participant fee (250,-- € each) |
| Participation: | active participation of company representatives in all parts of the meeting option for 10 minute presentation during the plenary session (Saturday 26 September 2009, 11.00 - 13.30) |
| Advertising: | large size company logo will be posted on EURO-NOTES website and printed on the programme direct link from company logo to company website |
| Exhibition: | exhibition space of 6 to 8 m² (exact size will be confirmed at a later date) |
| Social event: | invitation of company representatives to the welcome reception |
| Meeting Report: | list of workshop delegates will be supplied |
| Total cost: | 12.500,00 EURO |
Package “Partner”
| Representation: | up to three company representatives may attend, registration fee waived |
| Participation: | active participation of company representatives in all parts of the meeting |
| Advertising: | small size company logo will be posted on EURO-NOTES website and printed on the programme direct link from company logo to company website |
| Promotion: | exhibition space of 3 to 4 m² (exact size will be confirmed on a later date) |

| Total cost: | 6.000,00 EURO |
For an additional 3.000,00 EURO Co-sponsor of one lecture or scientific session. Lecture will be branded in the program as supported by an educational grant from the sponsor.
