Reservations must be made using the Hotel reservation form or on line booking form, which is integrated in the online registration page and can be accessed when registering for the congress online.

General Conditions.
Our booking service is free of charge and your room reservation must be guaranteed using your credit card. Please pay your hotel costs directly upon departure. In case of no-show the hotel is entitled to charge the agreed costs to your credit card account. In the event of cancellation a handling fee of EUR 25 will be charged. For any cancellation after August 1st 2009 the hotel will charge additional cancellation fees.

Please address all communications concerning any modifications and cancellations to your reservation to the Organizing Secretariat. Any cancellation or change must be made in writing.
