Call for abstracts

You are invited to submit abstracts to the EURO-NOTES 2009 Workshop. Special time slots will be reserved for free paper sessions of maximum 10 oral presentations each on current European research on NOTES. Deadline for abstract submission is 1st of August 2009. Presenters of which papers have been accepted for oral presentation will receive a free registration to the EURO-NOTES 2009 Workshop.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Abstracts must be submitted in English.
• Notification of rejection or acceptance of abstracts together with instructions for presentation will be mailed by end of August 2009 to the address given on the abstract submission sheet.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING ABSTRACTS

1. Abstracts should be organised as follows:
   • A short and specific title which indicates the objectives of the study.
   • The author’s names
   • Institution/Hospital, city and country
   • Leave one line blank before the body of the text.
   • Aims
   • Methods
   • Results
   • Conclusion(s)
2. Abstracts must be typed and printed as follows:
   • No blank line between paragraphs
   • Entire title in CAPITAL letters. Abbreviations should be avoided in the title
   • Abbreviations may be used in the text only, but they must be defined on the first usage
   • References and credits are not to be included in the abstract
